“The tour was supposed to include 4 stops, however the driver only brought us to 2 stops. He did not bring us the natural blow holes and the rum cake factory, which were the 2 things that we were most looking forward to. After the 2nd stop, he just dropped us off at the hotel. I reached out to ask for a partial refund and got no response.”
